| Competitive
pricing... please call!! The normal rental rate is a 24 hour period. Under most
conditions, weekends are considered as a one day rental. Weekend rentals are from noon on
Friday to noon on Monday. |
| Reservations |
Reservations
are accepted by phone, fax with phone confirmation, or in person. Reservation s require a
valid drivers license and a major credit card. We do not take cash deposits for rental
equipment. The following conditions apply to reservations:
- Orders with canopies: the order must be paid in full two
weeks in advance. Non-cancelable within two weeks of the event or subject to 100%
cancellation charge.
- All orders must be paid in full two weeks in advance.

| Delivery and Pickup |
| Rates
for delivery and pickup of equipment will be quoted upon request. |
| Setup and Takedown |
| Setup
and takedown can be included for an additional charge. We will neatly stack items in a
mutually convenient place upon delivery. At the time of pickup, rented items should be
neatly placed in the same area (tables and chairs should be stacked) as received or
additional charges may be incurred. |
| Food Service Items/Flower Arrangement/Accessories |
| Food
service items, floral arrangements and accessories should be rinsed and repacked in
containers provided and linens should be shaken and dry. Security is your responsibility.
Equipment must be protected from loss, theft, and weather related damage while in your
possession. Candles/Candelabras must be returned free of wax. Additional cleaning could
incur additional charges.
